Arkas Holding S.A. Risk and Claims Management Department handles the claims regarding all cargo, equipment and vessel damages occurring during group operations including marine transportation, beginning from when such damage occurs or is discovered until a court case is opened. This includes collecting, classifying and analyzing the necessary information and documents, determining the initial course of action and providing coordination between lawyers and marketing units, carriers and their legal departments, and vessel insurance units for hull and machinery (H&M) and insurance and protection and indemnity (P&I) insurance.
