Arkas’ first international office was Alfacont, who acted as an agent for Senator Lines starting in 1997. The company was renamed as Arkas Bulgaria at the end of 2009, when it joined the Arkas Group. Arkas Bulgaria provides agency services for Arkas Line and Tarros with two offices, one in Varna and one in Sofia.
