The agency commenced operations with the Senator Lines in Constanta in 1999 and joined Arkas Holding in 2003 as Romar. The company provides agency services for Arkas Line, PIL (Pacific International Lines) and Tarros. In addition to the port offices in Constanta, it has sales and marketing offices in the capital city Bucharest.
