Having added its 50th building to the fleet in June, Arkas took delivery today of the final vessel out of the initial 4 ordered from the Chinese Zhejiang Ouhua Yard.
Andrea A, renamed MCC Mandalay (2586 TEU&186 metres), is leased to MCC Transport.
With the addition of MCC Mandalay, the Arkas Merchant Fleet increased to 51 vessels with a total capacity of 94,662 TEU.
Arkas expects to receive from Zhejiang Ouhua at roughly quarterly intervals starting in January 2018 the balance order of 4 larger vessels.
