Arkas and its VSA partner Seago are rescheduling their Russia Express Service (REX).
In order to better meet the trade’s requirements the REX rotation will change to cover the Israel and Egypt markets into the Blacksea. The two carriers’ VSA will be maintained with Arkas Line operating 1 out of 2 vessels. The average 600 plug capacity of the service will remain.
The new weekly rotation will be;
Ashdod – Alexandria – Novorossiysk – Ashdod
REX will offer competitive transit times with only 4 days from Alexandria and 6 days from Ashdod. The new scheme’s first sailing will be from Ashdod on January, 4th 2018.
Arkas Line will keep covering the Mersin – Novorrossiysk trade with its weekly MRS.
